Dear Dr Milner,
I am writing to let you know that since your recent work on my teeth, I have had no further pain and the procedure you undertook seems to have been an unqualified success.
The whole process was entirely painless and you went to considerable trouble to tell me what you were going to do and what to expect.
My local dentist who referred me to you clearly believed in your ability and in the ‘state of the art’ equipment you employ. I can only say that I think he is fully justified.
